Practical information

We make every effort to make your stay at our hotel as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. We would like to give you a few rules to help everything run smoothly. So you can enjoy your stay at Hotel Europe to the full!

Breakfast buffet

You can join our rich breakfast buffet every day from 8am to 10am. Would you like an earlier breakfast? Just ask at reception.

 

Arrival and departure

You can enter your room from 2 p.m. on arrival. You should leave the room on your departure day before 11am. Please keep the room in good condition and leave it tidy on departure. We also ask you to save energy. This is the only way we can continue to offer you a competitive price.

 

Defects

We do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Nevertheless, we cannot be held liable for temporary and unforeseen defects in equipment and/or household goods. We always try to solve these as quickly as possible. Any shortcomings or defects cannot give rise to price reductions.

Payment options

Payment is made in cash or by bancontact, bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club or American Express. You pay in advance or on arrival.

 

Booking and cancellation

Your reservation is only final after confirmation. If cancelled up to 1 day before your arrival date, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 1 day before your arrival or a no-show, we will charge the first night's stay. If you opt for an NRF reservation (non-refundable), the full amount will be taken from your specified credit card. Conditions are that the reservation cannot be cancelled and the date cannot be changed.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
